Quick Snapshot of the Print Version:

  1. Select a target word.
  2. Draw four lines from dot to dot to form a square, producing the target every time you draw a line.
  3. Once a square is formed, move to the next word.
  4. Your student will have 40 opportunities to produce /ch, j/ articulation sounds in the initial, medial, or final positions.

Quick Snapshot of the Digital Version: This version uses the same target words as the Print Version, but is interactive and animated using PowerPoint.

  1. First, select the targets you want to work on. Click on the circles and pictures to see shapes and lines appear & disappear until a square is formed around a word.
  2. Produce the /ch, j/ word every time you click. Your students will have 50 opportunities to produce each velar target.
